Any time ignorance is used as a major premise in support of an argument, it’s liable to be a fallacious appeal to ignorance. Naturally, we are all ignorant of many things, but it is cheap and manipulative to allow this unfortunate aspect of the human condition to do most of our heavy lifting in an argument.

If i lived in America under Trump i'd put it off for sure

I'm at the opposite end. Rather take my chances on a vaccine, and the ethics of the drug company(s) involved, than take a chance on Trumpy protecting the US public.

Oh, and it's likely there will be at least two different vaccines for covid, as there are for the flu.



Make it a dozen. Everything from the traditional protein fragments/subunits, to vectors, and my favorite mRNA. Unclear what your Assie vaccine might be. I suspect the traditional protein. Note the mention of boosters every 2 weeks. How many will it take?
