Nope, your FNMA assessment is 100% accurate. SCOTUS was over-hyped and now we stand to lose our only Court "Win" (Collins) as they are re-assessing the 5th Circuit's decision.

Also, losing Washington Federal after Sweeney referred to the Treasury as "The Mafia" goes to show how dire things truly are.

We are currently seeing the Average Joe Awakening as the Common bagholders slowly exit their positions (Selling Every Pop) to Convert their shares into Jr. Preferreds.

I expect this Rotation from Commons to JPS to accelerate as the FNMA Facts get digested further over the weekend.
