That list includes a quiet period for "Major product or service announcements". That would seem to include the PR posted by KBLB less than 2 weeks ago (for what KBLB itself said is a new product that is going to help against the "biggest challenge facing global silk production").

So (once again) Kim broke the rules to pump up the share price. Unfortunately, it didn't work.

Herein lies the information:

Quiet Period

During a Quiet Period, a publicly listed company cannot make any announcements about anything that could cause a normal investor to change their position on the company's stock. Normally, that means the company does not discuss any of the following:

* New deals or wins signed in that current quarter. Announcements about previously sold implementations going live are allowed but must be explicitly described as such.
* Management changes
* Progress against company goals
* Major product or service announcements
* Major partnership announcements



That should make it clear why the news many investors have been looking for is not present at this time.
