That list includes a quiet period for "Major product or service announcements". That would seem to include the PR posted by KBLB less than 2 weeks ago (for what KBLB itself said is a new product that is going to help against the "biggest challenge facing global silk production").
So (once again) Kim broke the rules to pump up the share price. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
The PR stated:
“Our work to enhance the disease resistance of our silkworms complements and strengths our focus in bringing our recombinant spider silk to market,” said CEO and Founder, Kim Thompson. “We believe that success in this effort will also provide significant opportunities for growth far beyond the reach of Kraig’s in-house production capacity, with licensing applications globally.”
