And they seldom do. But it's always worth a few pump posts.

I worry about scammy pennyland issues that somehow claw onto the NASDAQ lowest tier.

Then there's the story of ZN. If not a member of the Russell 2000 for years, they would've been long gone from the Nasdaq. As is they are now dependent on the Nasdaq to give one Covid 3 month extension after another to avoid the OTC. It's amazing they received any Tute support while still a part of the Russell index. Couldn't they have picked another low weight stock for their funds?
