NOTE 3 –CONVERTIBLE NOTES PAYABLE
The Company has extinguished, or allowed to expire, all outstanding convertible notes payable during the year ended
December 31, 2017. This resulted in the recognition of revenue for the forgiveness of debt in the amount of $154,200
for the convertible notes payable.
