The company has made it clear that they are working WITH the TGA to get the drug approved.

Of course they are. Every company running drug trials in Australia is working with the TGA to get their drug approved. That is the point of running drug trials.

Personally I don't see Anavex applying for PA until it has Rett or PDD results in hand. If one of those comes out with strong results that will validate the MOA and at that point the data coming in from the AD P2a,b trial takes on a new meaning.

All companies developing a new drug are ‘working with’ the respective regulators in an attempt to get their drug approved.

Not all investors are reading too much into that and for good reason.
