Stat sig is needed when you are treating symptoms. Stat sig for poison gets approved.

Proof of concept for the MOA of cellular homeostasis is the end goal for Anavex trials and the reason for running three concurrently.

If 2-73 were only dramatically successful in 25% of the cases but there was a clear biological reason for this it could still be approved. I believe the reality will be a continuum of success levels that can be explained by biological and genetic factors.

You have no idea what my expectations are based on the science as I understand it... "hope" has nothing to do with it.

You're hoping we just need to have a few folks who did much better than placebo to get approval. That's incorrect. And it's called bad medicine and bad drug regulation and is something to be avoided. Don't let the fact that you own shares in something cloud your judgement. Be wary of confirmation bias.
