Breathing..lang, thanks for the very informative post..interesting, I do meditation that requires mindful breathing and I'd wondering if I crank the inhalation/exhalation volumes whether that would help..I'll let you know how that works..
I'm finding that I have to do a higher gear on the flats in order to get my breathing/pedaling in some sort of sync..I'm finding this helpful for a coupla reasons, the most of which I feel much more 'one with my bike'..everything about the ride is smoother...very neat experience..
Hills..will be my achilles..it's the anxiety that I've got to work with, it seems.....OM....lol
I'll certainly check out the breathing devices..I'm headed back east on Friday..hooking up with a Boston club..they promised to be kind to me ;-)
