The bottom line is that lockdowns are only partially effective in avoiding the spread of the virus -- and the are certain to destroy the jobs of the bottom tier of the workers -- financial disaster for those without financial savings -- the masks, social distancing until a vaccine is developed is the way forward -- I am sure that there will be some improvement in masks to protect the person wearing them to mitigate any spread from the non-wearers --
