Shane ain’t it, but great work, Rich. Just think, 17 months ago, An RS started PPS at $.6625. Today it is $.54. And that’s after Green Grow acquisition, Hooters Spirits announcement and sales, QVC sales of Bellissima. Doing great! All that good news, yet PPS is down 18.5%.
How can this be you ask? Dilution. OS at RS 17 months ago was 5.4M. As of Mar 31 (3 months ago), it was 15M with another 10-15M more in warrants and Pref Es yet to hit the float. 5.4M to 30M, a rise of nearly 6X is what is sinking this boat.
