All good points Shin... like you said, all we can to is speculate until we see some form 4s... or not.
From AGs point of view he could have been furious about the defaults... remember those were from the delayed 10-k mess, management should have seen that as a possibility with new accountants, and had a contingency plan to get the K done sooner.... have both accountants working on the report at the same time.
So AG puts seed money into VRUS to get rid of convertible notes, then chris/Anshu proceed to sign new convertible notes... not bad in and of itself, but then they convert.... we’re all nonplussed over it, I’m sure AG would be too.....
On your last point AG is getting out responsibly, that could be for future investments, if a company sees that he dumped another company into the abyss, they may be pretty cautious with taking money from him... of course very few people turn down money.
But I do like the idea of using pachyderm labs as a vehicle to bring reset in side by side products that already have shelf space and retail relationships.... I think if Garnock was involved, Anshu would answer that question with “I can’t comment on the motivations of individual investors” rather than saying he’s just a shareholder.
