Z-trade - I’m not saying AG is still in. Part of me says he’s out...something didn’t work out, the other part of me says he’s still in.

The volume would seem like its coming from him.

But, then you ask yourself ...why would AG be out at .0036 when he could have been out at .035???

The only answer would be an INSANE falling out....which is possible, but you would think with such a large investment that would not be the case - they would have seen eye to eye from the start.

Take all of that and pair it with the 123m shares cashed out for 500k and the cost Anshu quoted....and ask which one is more likely??? AG got pissed...or AG bought the inventory???

Also..why wouldn’t he just sale on the open market if he was pissed??

So I am very much 50/50 split.

Until we see another form 4 I think it is total speculation without any warrant other than “volume” to think he’s out.

Especially considering he would now be out right when they announce a CBD line...clearly CLEARLY his interest. So that leaves 4 things - if he’s out he’s mad over:

1.) Nutribrands - but the reasoning Anshu gave would not make AG mad. It didn’t workout from a financial/business reason - insurance/credit line stuff.

2.) M/A guy left - maybe this was AGs buddy? Weak sauce.

3.) Defaulting on the notes - okay, possible...but you can make an argument that it was bc of no cash due to COVID holding up BLF - AG would understand this. In Anshu’s defense, no one saw this coming not even major league sports. Hands were tied.

4.) something to do with Paychaderm Labs - possible. Maybe they formed this instead of merging with Reset? Then again you could say maybe they bc major distributors in the 2 products they cited to add on to the Reset portfolio????

So basically #4 is the ONLY thing that makes sense from an AG leaving standpoint and all we have is speculation.

Lastly - the other reason I think AG is in and not selling - why didn’t he selling the 123m on the open market...and why only that amount? Why didn’t he just liquidate end dog mess out of his position and get out? He wouldn’t care what happens if he wants out....
