Well my good sir, game, set, and match. Except for the plot twist that we've been on the same side all along!!!

This really is fantastic DD. The audit firm add is what does it for me. I'm on board- I think you are greater than 50% likely to be correct. (That's the conservative way of saying F$#@ YEAH, YOU NAILED IT!!) Many of the dots you connected do ring bells, but alas, I have not been tuned in close enough to catch those details myself.

I appreciate you SF and am going to give you that follow! I think the only reason I hadn't yet is because I'm pretty sure this is the only board you post on ;^) But, you only need to be right once...

I still remember INSTA roping me in at 005 by so diligently summarizing the note conversions happening at the time... that was a lesson on the huge role debt plays in penny stocks!

Anyways, enough of my ramblings... wishing good luck, good fortune, and good health to all longs.

Before adding a little bit more juice, this whole post is pure speculation, nothing but speculation based on the facts that can be found by anyone.

On May 6, 2020, Net Element released a PR specifically talking about spinning off their e-commerce business. This was right around the time when Progressive Care was preparing their draft version of the S-1. By the way, Progressive Care has been very actively trying to get into e-commerce business in recent years.

Oleg Firer says: "As part of this process, the Company (Net Element) will evaluate all potential options for its business, including sale, licensing of technology, spin-offs or business combinations."

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/05/06/2028630/0/en/Net-Element-to-Explore-Strategic-Alternatives-for-its-Business-to-Unlock-Shareholder-Value.html

What can you make out of these?

Great summation their stockforce, just stating what all of us longterm investors know to be true. RXMD will succeed for us, it's employees, and customers. When exactly is the only question that needs to be answered yet! Great work and thanks for awesome DD. I have been super busy in new job, so my time has been limited. Looking forward to this S1 and any other news that follows.

After further review, it looks to me, RXMD will acquire NETE existing business with 65 million in revs and 10 million in profits ( projected) for $10 million dollars while NETE merges with Mullen. Anyone else want to add to this? Imo

In the NETE LOI, it says “The parties (NETE and Mullen Tech) agreed to exclusive negotiations from June 12, 2020 until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date 30 days from the date hereof.”

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1499961/000143774920013083/nete20200614_8k.htm

Before their negotiations can be finalized, Progressive Care will have to wait until July 12 if they indeed would merge with Net Element’s current business. Mars said their new S-1 would be ready in 3 weeks on June 22, which means by July 13, and will file with SEC by the end of July.

There's actually a few more. But just look at these five companies. Same address!

Armen and Oleg have known each other for more than 13 years according to Progressive Care's PR. They actually started their own businesses from the same room too!

Do you think they will finally merge with each other now?

Whats the significance of the Orlando mention. I am hoping to get time off to read and catch up this weekend. I am missing a few things.

"I just finished a trip to Orlando to really solidify all the plans and all the business perspective ideas for the S-1. Now we are putting all that into the document. (Signed the partnership /merger agreement)"

The RXMD & TSLA electric car connection>>>Let's face it.... TSLA and the entire electric car market is on fire. NKLA for example is up 600% in the past month and TSLA is in a league of its own.

NETE, which has gone through the roof price wise from $2 to $17 (this is RXMD and TSLA auto related)....

https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NETE/news/story?e&id=1647416" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NETE/news/story?e&id=1647416

is completing a merger with an electric car company (Mullen) that has as their CEO the head Board of Director for RXMD which is currently trading at .062. Oleg Firer. NETE as a condition of the merger with Mullen and acording to their PR, TOT Group is being sold due to Net Element’s reverse merger with Mullen Technologies. Currently, NETE is trading at $16.39, almost 700% higher than before announcing the reverse merger.

Net Element’s headquarters is in North Miami Beach, the same city as PharmCo (RXMD). Their CEO, Oleg Firer, is Progressive Care’s lead independent director.

Now you understand why I am so high on RXMD. RXMD is MOST LIKELY acquiring a $17 Nasdaq company's TOT subsidiary which does $65 M in annual revs and $10 M EBItda.

Combine that with RXMD's already ongoing $40 M in annual revs and their coming S1 to uplist? And this has $$$ written all over it.

The newly combined company will have over $100M total revenue with at least $10M profit. Both companies are in the SAME town, Oleg Firer is the independent director at Progressive Care, and their business models compensate for each other’s growth needs.

So awesome
