In the NETE LOI, it says “The parties (NETE and Mullen Tech) agreed to exclusive negotiations from June 12, 2020 until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date 30 days from the date hereof.”
Before their negotiations can be finalized, Progressive Care will have to wait until July 12 if they indeed would merge with Net Element’s current business. Mars said their new S-1 would be ready in 3 weeks on June 22, which means by July 13, and will file with SEC by the end of July.
