Agreed, and when the judge has ruled on the motion the case will proceed to resolution on its merits, as he stated in his order. Unless, of course, he decides that his court doesn't have jurisdiction. But if that was his opinion, why would he bother to read hundreds of pages of motions from both sides and rule on them? Case will go to trial and defendants will have to provide a defense other than looking for dismissal on technicalities

What? All cases are STAYED while there is a Motion to Dismiss.

You have already posted inaccurate information when earlier you said the case had been Dismissed.

So far the Judge has ruled in favor of CANN on every Motion.

But you are now posting the Judge is going to Dismiss the case - that is pretty funny but wrong as usual.
