The fear is that the politics and greed of BP may drown out the Brilacidin data. But every once in awhile world-changing shifts happen atserendipitous moments in history. And that's what we're counting on here.

You're logic imo is spot on (as usual).. the only thing that makes me hedge on what WILL happen is the bureaucracy and sometimes the lack of logic in the system.

Unfortunately I feel I need to take that into account when speculating.

Again, everything you say makes sense.. and I hope that it happens!

I 100% agree with a larger grant amount, especially after Brilacidin has shown great value and efficacy. And considering the trillions spent and to be spent otherwise, during the shutdown and restart of the economy, the grant amount definitely pales in comparison.
