Unsure why RNVA is constantly brought up? TPTW is licensing a product to them called ViewMeLive which is being modified for telemedicine. For this RNVA is giving tptw $3.5 million dollars and 5 million shares of a new company that is being formed.

Otherwise their is absolutely zero relationship between these two companies. The TPTW 8K clearly states this.
