No, it isn't just good news going forward.
GNUS probably doesn't have much revenue for Q2 (ends at the end of June). There will probably be a loss on operations.
On top of operational losses are the, probably huge, non cash charges due to stock sales, warrant conversions, and the convertible debt pay-off.
The operations loss wouldn't be too bad, but, I think there will be a lot of people that won't understand the losses due to the non-cash charges. Those people may decide to sell off.
Q2 earnings report should be released around August 15th.
Also, GNUS/Andy has not released any metrics on Kartoon Channel app adoption. I'm guessing it is really low.
