Well if I remember right they chit canned their consultant Georgie Sharpless, and there was a Global pandemic virus that was going around. Probably didn't help any. But knowing the Funding is or will be in place at any time now is telling me they are finally on their way forward with the new company. New/Announcement should be out at any time now.
