Ino's grant was just for the expansion throttling up of their device which they already had in large numbers. not comparable at all to IPIX grant. their green light on that was attached to some phase I results im sure and thats why even before results public INO is just about to go over $25 i have both INO and IPIX but 10 times the cash in IPIX. My first target for IPIX is $5
