If the senior is converted, why would there be need for new investors? They’d be fully capitalized.

Fully capitalized with the $119B in accumulated deficit counted against their CET1? What capital? The conversion of the seniors will only offset the deficit in CET1. The majority of it will come from the new raises and to a lesser extent accumulated earnings.

I'm losing hope about this board (not the theme)...
