So now it has been officially confirmed and PROVEN, contrary to CEO Keith Berman's contrived BS, Berman has NEVER actually overseen a full FDA product approval review!

Other than bludgeoning shareholders with crushing dilution, overseeing mountains in DECN losses, and constantly communicating gibberish to pump stock prices for 30 years, what else is on Berman's resume'?

Simple question! If CEO Keith Berman is taking no salary from DECN, how is Berman making a living??? IMO, Berman's special SoCal life-style is a function of running DECN, but how is the life-style funding being produced? Where is the money coming from? Hmmm...is it time for an SEC or FBI forensic accountant?

It would be interesting to know who the patent holders are? Are they Berman and Musho or an entity they control. Isn't is curious that TBG started development years ago for "perfected technology" and no patents are owned by Pharmatech? Despite the fact that almost a year ago Berman wrote that a patent attorney was hired. Remember, this glucose monitoring technology has been claimed to be so valuable not only will be the most accurate Berman claimed that it will bring test strip prices up to levels of a few years ago.

Was the Provisional Patent for GenViro assigned to Pharmatech. If Berman and Matthew Musho are the patent holders did they assign the application to Pharmatech?

It would be interesting what patents Berman, Musho, Asbell or any entities they are a part of have filed in the last few years. Just a reading of the description on every press release looks like DECN is just a marketing company.

The patent issues are as fishy as the $600k writeoffs for bad debt and expired inventory writeoffs.
