In 2019, three customers accounted for approximately 95% of net sales compared to three customers accounting for approximately 95% of net sales in 2018. However, it should be noted that all three of the Company’s largest customers makeuse in large part to on-line sales through Amazon, Walmart, Sears, Jet.com (“marketplaces”) and at least 1,000 other on-line
sellers and aggregators. These customers use the distribution services and resources of the marketplaces.
