No, they do not own the company in Dallas. It appears that the company in Dallas is only a reseller. With TPTW using a reseller network to sell the COVID Pods it puts them in a much better position.
Resellers essentially add tons of sales agents with existing contacts to reach out to and sell these pods.
Keep in mind, resellers are most likely very motivated, typically they do not get a salary. Most of the time they are usually 100% commission base. If they dont sale, they dont get paid.
This is a win / win for TPTW... They only pay based on what the reseller sales. :)
