#510 RE: Chartman #509

Good question. I don't know the answer. Doesn't seem likely that Albertson's would permit placement in No. Cal. stores if product wasn't meeting or exceeding expectations in So. Cal. If product meets or exceeds expectations in No. Cal., along with the Ralph's and Raley's placements, and sustains sales in So. Cal., the revenue has to show up somewhere. When the revenue does show up, investors will start jumping all over this. Of course this is just my opinion and I have no clue about this stuff. Dilution is high but I still think we see a marked increase in share price once revenue starts appearing. All of this IMHO.

Chartman,
I believe that distribution will be achieved, assuming production difficulties have been overcome or will be soon. And I expect that the product will sell reasonably well, even though peak season has almost passed. So I do believe that you will see production, distribution, and sales.

The problem I see is that in light of the past history of this stock and the current outstanding sahre situation, it will be tough for the sales figures to move the price of the stock. I don't think it can quite frankly.

And we have just seen that even with newletter spam the price is relatively immobile. Its pretty bad when that sort of technique cant move the price either. Thats likely because of the float size and many investors with bad experiences on this stock in the past.

I believe that TG will pull another reverse split this fall. I would expect it to occur once things are at their most positive so as to minimize the damage to the share price afterwards. I see this as the only resort left to get the price of this stock back up to past levels.

IMO, after a RS and with product distibuted and being sold, then this stock will be a good 'investment'. Until then I would be wary of another RS and a share price that has proven itself difficult to move recently.

Hope that gives you some objective opinion, sorry I can't be more optimistic at this time.

Robert
