It is OTCBB but with a foreign head office, so does not have to file regularly. I was in this stock for ages until selling a few days before the company received $300,000 in finance in exchange for - wait for it.... - one BILLION shares. Yes, doubled the OS in effect. This was three weeks ago.
Unlimited Class C shares convertible on a 1 for 100 common shares basis.
The spam e-mails were sent out at a rather interesting time, in that it occurred a couple of weeks after the new shares were issued. I wonder who that helps? LOL.
I got stung and am bitter, so take into account I have some bias against the co now.
The appear to have a very good product from all the investigation work I did, but manage the company like a pack of wolves - actually, wolves are far nicer than Gudmundsson and his cronies.
