Medtronic now has the IP. What else do they need from Titan? How fast could they get FDA approval on their own, and what else do they need from Titan?

Longtime long here (bought in 2011)... how in the world can you say today’s Titan has the slightest chance to compete against ISRG? I’m all in on this company, but you guys need to slow down on the unicorns and rainbows. The ONLY thing keeping the lights on right now is Medtronic’s investment - they are in the driver’s seat. Titan has pissed away so much time and money, there is no way they could get all the way through FDA approval, production, and assemble the marketing/sales force needed to even get the bots in hospitals.

Again, I’m all in. We are fortunate Medtronic came through... I fear it’s more predatory than part of some McNally master plan though. No way Medtronic throws money at us like past acquisitions. They have the upper hand.

Either way we look to be back in the game! GLTA!

They gave away 1/4th of the company for what will be 31m + 10m + 27m = $68m ( a small loan too) and for the remaining 93m shares ( includes exercised warrants in a BO) would effectively be paying $15pps or $1.39B + $68m = $1.46B. In your example, $50 PPS on 93m o/s would be $4.65b + 68m = $4.72B. Thing is I have us in that $15-17 pps range and you have us in that $50-52 PPS range at BO. I think we first need to get those $2.92 warrants in the money my friend ! Let’s get that accomplished and we can then review but your mind is thinking correctly !!! Crazy undervalued here - people are still in shock it’s MEDTRONIC imo
