It’s impossible to sanitize the beaches and large gatherings of people common to the south in the summer. Also, if memory serves me right SC was late in testing for C-19 and it was small in numbers so any testing now will show increased rates. What all states are finding is that the more testing they do the higher the number of cases. Most people who test positive for C-19 are asymptomatic showing no outward signs of the virus.
The company can help by letting people in SC know how to protect themselves from other people by practicing social distancing, wearing masks and good hygiene. Disinfection is also important but not more than people protecting themselves from other people.
