That's not possible realest. At 189 acres, that would put the raw land value at under $3,000/acre. That wouldn't leave much for the improvement value of the clubhouse or infrastructure of the golf course.

if they only paid $560k for it considering it costs millions to build one.
Close to the Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites
to book the golf outings. Drive the guests
to and from Rosswood C.C.
Don't have to worry about drinking too much.(lol)

If they can buy the whole place outright for that, and they have the money to develop it, that would be a bargain, in my opinion, but then again, it constantly surprises me how cheap real estate is in Pine Bluff. Everything here is worth less than half what you think it's worth, or what it would be worth most anywhere else. Honestly, the place is a shithole, but there are some niblets in the shit.
