the CEO Dixon acquired 25 Million shares , and
Dr. Ichim acquired 25 million shares each .
It's probably what is called treasury stock ,and it is restricted stock , and that 50 M share number is now added to the issued and outstanding number of shares.
I've been corrected by others sharing info w/ me,- it was my mistake saying it came out of the float .
It doesn't .
I stand corrected .
I hope this clears it up .
