This is simple if all was going well lfap would not be down 95%, Maxim would not let Calvary get a $10mill toxic note at these prices that further dilutes this piggy, why would lz granderson resign right before history is made?
That does not even account for all the other notes here expect a pre14c filing AS will go to 5billion or more. Maxim preferred will easily max the AS at these prices that is with out adding their $1.3mill note, Calvary $10mill note and the other notes for $220k including the $50k that is in default.
Remember last year when LFAP was around .01 it dipped to .0019 and a $35k note for which lfap issued 35mill shares converted. The company now over $12mill this will be ugly for retail.
