To your point #4. I have been screaming this since Friday night. This is free money. This is fantastic. Labor is expensive.

I have zero experience preparing financial documents. So I’ve got a question for you. How do you prepare a Q1 10-Q with the PPP? Do you illustrate funds received, funds used for labor, and then offset them in a separate line to show it as free labor essentially? Or do you have to wait for the documentation from the federal government saying you’ve been forgiven and don’t have to repay it; which could result in a amended Q1 10Q later in the year ??

In essence, will we PPP reflected as free labor this upcoming 10Q or should we expect to see it as another Loan?

Great insights into all of those future hidden financial advantages that will show up in all of the company’s financials going forward. I bought into this company based on market trends, and current/future revenues and managements business plan.
I’m definitely not selling based on last years results!! Didn’t someone once say you have to see where the markets going, not where it’s been!!?? I’m looking forward, not back to 2019, that’s 6 months ago ago now! That financial extension on the 10k may turn out to be our golden ticket because it caused a huge irrational over reaction in the market based on last years results. Logical, clear minded investors will see through the jungle and we now have another chance at doubling down and multiplying our future gains significantly!!!! Long and strong !!!

Very nicely put. I knew the PPP was big. I wasnt think as much as the TAX issue. That will def. pay off. Eye opening, some of your points. Thanks again.

TLSS is in it's infancy and people are acting like, due to the partnership w/ AMAZON it should go to the Moon (not the nature of logistics). I don't believe John lied once nor do I believ this was a pump and dump. Two main issues here working against us, that were unknown, the total amount of the debt on 10K and nobody knew when dilution would start again. The combination of those two compounded by the piggyback trading fear associated with OTC as a stock starts to really dip hard... the 3 of those were just too much. Today we may have bounced back if not for the dilution. Well, Im about done here until it settles. Ill keep a few of my oldest shares and then re-enter when the time is right.

Give this 6 months to a year and this company will be something, well much more stable in the eyes of STOCK MARKET Experts! Just dont plan on getting those same share prices that you will over next few weeks and the last few.
