To your point #4. I have been screaming this since Friday night. This is free money. This is fantastic. Labor is expensive.

I have zero experience preparing financial documents. So I’ve got a question for you. How do you prepare a Q1 10-Q with the PPP? Do you illustrate funds received, funds used for labor, and then offset them in a separate line to show it as free labor essentially? Or do you have to wait for the documentation from the federal government saying you’ve been forgiven and don’t have to repay it; which could result in a amended Q1 10Q later in the year ??

In essence, will we PPP reflected as free labor this upcoming 10Q or should we expect to see it as another Loan?
