It's not the immediate # of shares that matters here, it's the implications it has for the future.
They were trying to pay off notes with cash and thought they could do it by the end of April. We didn't get any updates, but there was also no dilution for over a month .... now we're seeing dilution again, so people are worried that the negotiations didn't go well and there'll be a lot more shares coming in the future.
