Reached out to IR and asked if they plan on retiring some of the control block of shares or uplisting KAVL and all I got was:
"We cannot say anything at this time and proper disclosures will be made public at their due time But yes, we are always looking at all our options to increase shareholder value including the items you mentioned"
I actually prefer the company doesn't give me any information, so take it for what it's worth.
