Have you seen the weekly price above the 200wma in 4 and 1/2 years? This few cents up and down move is almost imperceptible on a long timeframe but fundamentally it shows strength. The 3 year base was temporarily breached and that says something even though it may pull back at the first attempt but it will get through.
