It may be much simpler than that. The share price 2 weeks ago was 17 cents. . . . and a week ago it had only appreciated to 25 cents. When exactly was this deal negotiated ? ? ? It was likely before then. . . . so does Linda go back and try to renegotiate a low 30 cent deal instead which would delay things . . . and perhaps the papers where already signed or just go with what she has and focus on TLD and SAP? Linda and Les, just like the rest of us, do not know how the stock price will react day to day in advance even if it is a short runway to major events and great news especially with these thugs involved. Remember what happened to the paper on the "still blinded data" analysis with dozens of prestigious doctors as co-authors? That was eye-popping great news and stock price spiked temporarily but when the volume subsided the thugs walked the price back down. It is a relatively small raise to get them another 3 months down the road. I understand that it is very disappointing since with the stock price spiking to over 40 cents this past week we are all fastening our seatbelt and big time ready to say bye bye to Kansas. Hopefully that is still to come in the not too distant future.
