The statement from the account(s) that the GRN checks were drawn on are not being provided. PBC "statements" only say what PBC wants to show. PBC is not a bank. PBC doesn't issue checks.

LMAO! That isn't close to how the Capital Management Agreement works - CANN issues a request to PBC to pay a invoice, taxes or payroll - not the nonsense posted:

"The evidence suggests otherwise. They'll have a full accounting of every one of those checks issued on the statement, spent by CANN, signed by CANN, instructed to be sent by CANN."

Costello signed the checks not CANN - read the Capital Management Agreement.
