Mywo is a VATE investor but have met Ryan M few times in person and updated the board. May be he can shed some light if has any info.

If the 42M O/S instead of 2M is true, then it is outright a scam.

I would wait for some clarity. Never saw anything about any of VATE preferred shared excluded from reverse split in any filings.

If the 42M O/S is true, I would join any CA suit by other investors.

Have anyone who invests/trades for long time in OTC seen stocks doing reverse split to common stock but not other stocks?

If yes, they have to be listed.
