In California, FTB is Franchise Tax Board, I didn't know they suspended companies. I guess they have not paid taxes for years. That is not good. They will collect. I failed to reconcile $128 in interest and dividends on one stock, and on the last day of statute of limitations, they took $700+ out of my checking account inclusive of interest and penalties. I called them to remind them my accounts are no longer in California, and they said they know. They have a set of skills, and they will find you as the movie saying goes.

An FTB suspension is not good.
