STOP...the default when you open an account with any broker..ANY BROKER...is that you are on the Non Objecting Benfical Owner list..BY DEFAULT

Only by specifically asking to be removed from the NOBO list are you then added to the OBO list...which is Objecting Beneficial Owner

I provide this information to put this issue to rest. I worked for a brokerage in the late 90's early 2000's and was required to pass all security related exams so I could deal with customers.....And I can tell you 100 percent unless you objected to being notified by your broker of any updates with any security you may hold...you are on the NOBO list.

THis is the only way companies can reach their shareholders for things like proxy votes, dividends, royalty payments..etc..

So everyone just relax!
