However it’s in Carters best interest not to dilute his own shares. Although idk if they already had toxic debt that had to be settled at the time. Regardless it could be less than a 1.5 billion who knows. All we know is the worst case scenario is 1.6 billion which leaves room for $1+ easily with some upside
