Well put. Such a shame that the court failed to appreciate what a child could understand that the HTG (150-500 mg/dl) population is a completely different animal than the VHTG (>500 mg/dl) population...both in terms of how they behave when exposed to TG lowering therapies (with consequent rise in LDL) and in terms of therapeutic response to TG lowering therapy. So tired of this lack of cerebration and infantile response of well the Law is "different" in standards- just the mere rumor of a whiff of a suggestion of something we can't even prove statistically, is just dandy for her excellency to pronounce bench order decrees on what is or isn't fact...
