There is no "upper middle class" anymore - it's the 1% and everybody else...Trump's tax cut proved that - the 1% got a permanent generous tax cut, while everybody else got a temporary cut. Trump pulled the biggest coup of any modern day pol - he stands in front of his adoring fans - hardly the "upper middle class" - and they wildly cheer his anti-science rhetoric...I often wonder if any of them reads a newspaper!
