Montana...Singers work was brilliant..I am unhappy as well with her decision...Wainwright, Markman and I think Jeffries ( where Yee works ) have all said there are flaws no one has said it is egregious....we all own shares and have skin and time in the game most much longer than me....Montana apart from all of her mistakes pointed out by Singer where is there evidence of misconduct?
looks like with all her problems in her home front that Chris linked, I think she didn't have time or mood to pay any focus into this trial and blindly went with her clerk or either of them is bought. It is our bad luck soo misfortune that JT et al chose this court and the judge. The crux of all the pains that we went thru nothing matched this Du massacre. Very painful; look at that 13fs, how many institutions are under water; their avg is easily $18+. Our entire patience for all the 7 or 10 yrs endurance was entrusted to this irresponsible judge. very sad.
