"ANDA" approvals would be an elephant in the room. Along with injunctions.

ANDA approval depends on Hikma / Reddy only … if they are ready, FDA will approve.

To be honest: I would like to see the official approval … to put in bed the 40000 BS by the patent "expert".

See it from North- , south, east or west … Amarin does not have any patent protection for MARINE indication as of today … it could be different … due to CAFC decision.
