It says 5/14 or 45 days after the original due date, which I believe was March 30? So could it also be interpreted as tomorrow, May 15th, the 45th day after the original due date?

Your restatement does not say "due on the 14th", It says "will endeavor to get it out on the 14th", Could that be one day early, of the due date????
