So we are just gonna ignore March 31st? I'm hoping it will be released between 5-6 pm. thats generally when their filings come out

@Bobbakista, the company has a fiscal year end of 31 December which means there 10-K is due 30 March. Add 45 days for the extension and new filing due date is 14 May.

I would expect to see a filing between 5-5:30 PM EST
