I like number 2:

except it should read:

2 ~ Apparent or possible fraudulent activity by Ameritrade with potentially manipulative actions to affect a stock price

that would seem more logical to me...LOL

Ohiya: I just spoke to Ameritrade again.

I didn't tell him about previous e-mails, I only asked the rep why buy orders were not being allowed for PYPR and he told me it was flagged for a "pending Corporate action"

Number one on the list looks pretty good to me, I think it's the dividend. Mike Terrell needs to get in touch with someone there and give them ALL details on the dividend and how it is to be paid out. Giving exact instructions *after* the date of record doesn't cut it, IMO.
